Kirsten McCormick is a genre-bending songwriter and multi-instrumentalist based in Vancouver, BC, whose musical creations are fueled by an obsessive fascination with music theory, and an abundant supply of raw emotion. Kirsten trained formally in concert piano and theory throughout her childhood and adolescence, picking up other instruments and developing a love for songwriting along the way. 

Kirsten’s intimate performing style has wooed audiences of varying sizes, ranging from a headlining slot at The Fox Cabaret, to local cafes and small house shows.

All of Kirsten’s recordings and performances are underpinned by the same goal: to express herself as honestly as possible and forge a real, human connection with listeners.
